Qr848 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using qr848's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the qr848 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other interface — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy.
To use this platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
- Never been suspended or banned from using the qr848 platform for any reason previously.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform. qr848 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via a notice on the platform or to their registered email address.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. qr848 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in order to comply with standard verification requirements.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is considered authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to qr848. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with anyone else.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or abuse of promotions.
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
Payments, MYR Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the qr848 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and other preferred local banks listed on the platform.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment is successfully verified. qr848 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Minimum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification is complete. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen.
Qr848 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited without prior notice.
All applicable fees will be clearly stated before a transaction is confirmed. Users are responsible for any taxes or charges levied by the relevant authorities based on their activity on the platform.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
Qr848 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or suspicious behaviour has been detected.
- Registration details found to be false or incomplete.
- The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Required by a court order or directive from the relevant authority.
Platform Liability Limits
Qr848 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or third-party actions beyond the platform's control. qr848's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the qr848 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of qr848 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The qr848 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. qr848 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and policies of those sites separately before using them.
Qr848 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the tribunal or court with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
